How it came about
More air. More power. Up front everything was already taken, so the air had to come from where nobody looks for it: straight through the headlight opening.
b3sD scanned the car and modelled the part around my ideas. That is the only way to get a duct which follows the original contours this closely. From there the remaining intake parts for the TT followed.
The headlight intake works together with the Airbox Inlet: a printed connecting hose carries the air from the headlight straight into the airbox.

Plug’n’drag.
Fits every Mk2.
Coupé or Roadster, TT, TTS or TT RS: the headlight air intake fits every Audi TT Mk2 (8J).
Bolts right on.
It mounts to the original headlight mounting points. No extra clips, no extra screws.

Modelled by b3sD from a 3D scan of the car, printed here on a Bambu Lab H2D in heat and UV resistant ASA. The print file is available from b3sD on Cults3D.
