How it came about
The air intake for the 3.2 VR6, made together with b3sD. They scanned the engine bay and modelled the housing to sit tight against the original mounting points. A printed adapter ring connects it to the air filter housing. A green prototype came first, then the finished part.
Printed in glass-fibre reinforced ABS, which copes with the heat under the bonnet. “IBEX × b3sD” is moulded into the side, the IBEX logo sits on top in neon green.
